MPI's first application to a national scheme supported by the Health and Safety Executive has flown through and demonstrates it exceeds acceptable standards of health and safety.
Contractor Health and Safety assessment scheme (CHAS) is designed to help businesses tendering for work and help public and private sector organisations looking for contractors who comply with health and safety regulations.
Paul Tierney, Managing Director at MPI, said: "We always ensure that we meet all health and safety regulations but when tendering for work it can be a lengthy job demonstrating that. By registering with the CHAS scheme we have proved our health and safety credentials and hopefully reduced the need for filling out more forms."
